blocking techniques in an action packed atmosphere of Martial Arts base training!!!
Our program is a total fitness package combining strength, endurance and flexibility. You can
expect major changes in your body with our classes. You’ll burn tons of calories, build muscle, and in
general, get your metabolism kicked into high gear.
We give you excellent cardiovascular conditioning, expanding your heart and lung’s capacity. The
result is a tremendous increase in energy, giving you what you need to last all day long.
All of our fitness classes are instructed by certified Instructors who’s motivational abilities
are only matched by their incredible teaching prowess...
This program is especially attractive to women, for they will not only learn the basics in
punching and kicking + self defense techniques, but also benefit from major toning and strengthening
exercises while also relieving major amount of stress and develop tremendous aerobic capacity!!
The classes starts with warm ups followed by basic punches consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts
etc. done in combination with kicking techniques...
Each class finishes with a variety of abs and stretching exercise that help you to avoid
injuries and keep you feeling young and agile.
Many other special features in our programs are enhanced with the added benefits of Pilates and
weights used in combination with our techniques making the program more versatile and exciting!
