Cardio Kickboxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing!

We now offer some fun & challenging Co-Ed cardio and muay thai kickboxing fitness classes for men and ladies 14 years plus.

We offer an incredible action packed workout to improve cardio-vascular efficiency and the development of muscles. Our classes feature sixty minutes of punching, kicking, and blocking techniques in an action packed atmosphere of Martial Arts base training!!!

Our Thursday 8:00 PM class is base on Muat Thai kickboxing training. You will also learn some basic self-defense techques in this class.
